What is a Cloud 9 Account & why do I need one?

A Cloud 9 account is your personal profile. You are required to have a Cloud 9 account to book your reservation. It will allow you to access and update your reservation as well as track your valuable trip history. It is also a place where you can provide us with additional information that will help make your travels smoother.

What is a Pre-sale Password and how do I get one?

As a part of our loyalty program, all guests who have attended a previous Holidaze will receive a unique Password on May 13th, which will allow them to book a room during the Pre-sale on May 19, 2016. If you have not received your Password by May 17th, contact the Cloud 9 Travel Team. 

When can I make my reservation?

There will be a General On-Sale May 20, 2016 if any rooms remain available after the Pre-sale. All rooms are sold on a first come, first served basis. Dominican Holidaze strongly urges you to be ready to book at the time of the On Sale so you don't miss out!

Where do I go to book a room?

You can place a reservation by logging into your Cloud 9 account at or by clicking the "BOOK NOW" button on the event website.

I want to change my room type!
Dominican Holidaze does not allow for room downgrades. You can upgrade your room if there is availability.
Do I have to pay by credit card?

Dominican Holidaze accepts major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Cashier's checks and money orders are also accepted forms for making future payments but the initial deposit must be paid by credit card at the time of booking.

How do I make a payment?

You can make a payment anytime by:

• Logging into your Cloud 9 Reservations Account at 
• Sending a money order or cashier's check payable to Cloud 9 Adventures, LLC
• Contacting the Cloud 9 Travel Team at 561-368-8922
Does Dominican Holidaze automatically charge my credit card on the payment due dates?

Its up to you! Dominican Holidaze does offer an automatic billing program. During the reservation process, you will be asked to opt into the program and the event will charge the credit card on file on the payment dates. You can choose not to participate and it will be your responsibility to make the scheduled payments on time. A late payment fee of $35 will be applied to guests that do not meet the scheduled payment dates.  

What if I don't have a credit card, can I still participate in automatic billing?
Anyone with a bank account can participate in the ACH automatic billing program. Just fill out the form HERE and let us take care of the rest!
Can I make a room location request?

You can make a request to be close to your friends but in the spirit of fairness to all guests, Dominican Holidaze does NOT take room location requests. Learn more about crew requests HERE.

Can I request a rollaway bed?
No. Rollaway beds are only available for guests who are booked into a triple occupancy room.
Can I bring my kids?

Breathless Punta Cana Resort & Spa is an ADULTS ONLY destination. However, Now Onyx is a family friendly resort! If you plan on attending Dominican Holidaze with your children, be sure to book a room at Now Onyx. You must contact the Travel Team to add kids to your reservation.
